Do I need to check with my dentist first?
We always recommend checking with your dentist before adding any new device to your routine, especially if you have ongoing dental concerns.
Is a higher-power version available?
Light works through a process called photobiomodulation, which follows what's known as a biphasic light response. Think of it like watering a plant: too little and nothing happens, the right amount and it thrives, too much and you overwhelm it. All of our lights are designed to deliver effective energy at the optimal level for each session, so a higher-power version isn't something we have planned at this time — but we appreciate the feedback!

Why won't the light stop flashing?
A flashing light almost always means it's time to charge. Try charging your device for at least 2.5 hours. If it's still flashing after that, please contact us.
My device isn't working — what should I do?
