How to Use
- Gently wash the tray with a few drops of soap and water, then rinse and dry thoroughly — do not allow the base of the tray, the cord or the connectors to get wet
- Plug into your phone or a USB or USB-C port using one of the 4 included connectors
- Insert the tray into your mouth, then turn it on — the lights will flood the whole mouth including teeth and gums that are not in the tray
- Use for 10–15 minutes daily. The light shuts off automatically after 15 minutes.
- Remove the tray, spit into sink and rinse mouth. Wash and thoroughly dry the tray, then store your Gum Light in the included mesh pouch.
